How does curbside pickup work?

* Simply place an order by filling out an order form. We will call you for credit card information before your order is shopped. After your order is shopped and processed, we will call you to let you know your order is ready. When you arrive to pickup your order, please give us a call from outside the store and we will bring your order out. 

What is curbside pickup hours of operation?

* Curbside pickup orders are available daily during store business hours. See Store Hours

When will my order be ready?

All orders are processed during store business hours. We offer same day pick up for orders submitted/received before 12PM. For orders submitted/received after 12PM, your order will be ready the following day. You will receive a call once your order is ready for pick up. We ask you pick up your order within 1 hour of it being ready due to limited storage space in the store.

How can I follow up on the status of my order?

Are all store items available for curbside pickup?

All store items, including beer and wine, are available for curbside pickup based on inventory at the time of your order.

What if a product I have selected is out of stock?

Our team will do their best to choose a suitable product for substitution. If no item is found, we will leave the item off your order. If you do not want a substitution for a particular item, you can indicate it in your order form. We ask for your patience and understanding if some of your regular favorites are not currently available.

Can I purchase alcohol for curbside pickup?

Alcohol for curbside pickup is available. Upon curbside pickup, customers are required to show a federal or state ID showing their date of birth (21+).

Can I order bulk items?

Yes, you can order bulk organic herbs & spices items. View a list of what we have in bulk here.

How are products weighted?

If you order an item that is sold by weight you will be charged based on the actual weight of the product packed for your order. We will try to match your desired product weight as best we can. Where we cannot be exact, we will err on the side of providing slightly more, not less, product weight than you ordered.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! You will have the opportunity during checkout to designate an additional pickup person. Please note, whoever is picking up the order will need to bring a valid driver's license or government issued ID to the store if you purchased alcohol.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

Changes cannot be made once your order is submitted due to current high demand. If you would like to add-on an item please submit a “new” order. We will call you when both orders are ready for pick up.

How do I pay for my order?

A staff member will call you for credit card information before your order is shopped. Payments are processed after your order is assembled. No refunds will be issued for orders after submitted or orders that are not picked up.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Store gift cards are not accepted for this service.

Where do I find my receipt?

A credit card receipt will be on the outside of your bag when you pickup your order. We do not offer an itemized receipt with each item’s price.

Is there a fee?

* Yes. Orders up to $200 have a flat service fee of $10. For orders over $200, the service fee is 5% of the order total.

Can I tip?

* Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. In the order form there is a section to include a tip amount of your choice.
